SCHOOL POLICY

• We admit you for three months at minimum. In case you want to quit after three months, please, give us a two-week advance notice.
• You have an opportunity to rent one of our keyboards for two-three weeks FREE of charge
• For group lessons in music, you need to look for partners of the same age and level.
• Students agree to arrive at each lesson punctually, well prepared, and with all necessary materials. Students arriving late will only receive the remaining time of the lesson.
• We allow one parent to be present during lessons.
• Our recitals, which we have four times a year, are a beneficial part of an educational process. In rare cases, we allow students to not participate.
• We only accept monthly payments made at the last lesson of a month (You prepay for the next month). If you are getting enrolled not in the beginning of the month, you prepay for all remaining lessons of that month.
• No refunds are provided.
• In case you need to skip a lesson, a 24-hour advance notice is required in order to get a makeup lesson scheduled; otherwise, your absence is not excused. Two makeups are allowed for a three-month period. Canceled lessons may not be credited to the next month.
• Group lessons cannot be made up.
• Before your leaving for vacation, you have to prepay for a month, when you resume your study. A period of more than two weeks is considered a vacation.

BENEFITS

• You can purchase only one lesson to see if you and the teacher are a good match.
• Parents are welcome to be present at the lessons and do video recording.
• Parents of younger children (3-6 y.o.) are taught how to guide their children at home.
• We are renting out keyboards to new students free of charge to be used for 2-3 weeks.
• You get 1-2 extra free lessons in case you bring a new student to our school.
• We will consult you regarding purchasing suitable instruments
• We have four recitals every year, which is very beneficial for the growth of musicians.
